Distortion-free Conveyor System With Automted Chain Lubrication
New design conveyor system.
Closed-loop computer control of the conveyor provides a precise and repeatable reflow process (±1.5%).
Automated chain lubrication system with a computer controlled central reservoir. Lubricant is added directly to the conveyor brush eliminating operator interface for this maintenance. The central reservoir needs to be filled two times per year.
Fresh Air Recharge System
Fresh air is supplied to each zone uniformly with stable air pressure and provides fast process transfer.
Dual Phase Flux Recirculation System
Air amplifier forced dual phase flux recirculation. Flux circulated is 3 times more than traditional flux collection system. 90% of flux can be circulated.
Drawer typed stainless steel flux filter net is easy to access and maintain. Maintenance of the flux filter net can be done offline as a spare flux filter net is provided therefore machine uptime is increased.
Nitrogen Saving System
The nitrogen system with oxygen analyzer and nitrogen flow meter is designed to quickly extract oxygen and fill in nitrogen while minimizing nitrogen consumption. Nitrogen consumption is approximately 15m3 per hour with oxygen concentration ranging from 350 to 900ppm. Oxygen concentration can be as low as 80ppm.
Integrated Water Cooling System
This system is designed for increasing the cooling capacity. Lntegrated design also saves floor space.
Cooling speed of the water cooling system is-3~5℃/sec. Due to the efficient cooling, solder joint segregation is effectively prevented and dendritic crystal is eliminated. PCB temperature is less than 70℃ when exiting the oven.
